First of all, let me state that there is NOTHING wrong with our deodorant formula. We are actually proud of how effective it is, and how pleased so many of you are with it. I believe, we truly scored with this one. What we aren’t too proud of is how underpowered the pumps have been on the deodorant sprays. I mean, I had to literally take my fingers and lift the sprayer back out of the base to get the required number of sprays. The tester spray bottles I sent out earlier in the year had a more robust sprayer than the current ones. Notice how I’m tearing myself a new one, so you don’t have to?
Recently, we finally engaged our brain power over here and discovered there were more high-power sprayers available. Sprayers that could more adequately deliver the larger particle size of our deodorant formula. Duh. Who would have thunk it? Upon that discovery, I immediately placed a test order, so I could try these babies out. Turns out, these are exactly the sprayers our deodorants needed. Now, don’t go thinking you don’t have to shake your deodorant prior to each use, because that is still very necessary, but you won’t have to manually pluck the sprayer from the base anymore, AND if you’d given up on your bottle of deodorant due to this, you can now get it back in play.
While I haven’t received any complaints regarding the sprayers, I KNOW someone out there is experiencing problems. If you are one of those people, please, hit Reply to this e-mail and I will happily get a new sprayer out to you at no charge. I’ll go as far as to pre-cut it and everything. I owe you that much.
